• High speed process : Much faster than other manufacturing process (MOD, MOCVD, PLD, etc.)
• RCE-DR process is the world’s highest manufacturing technology ever and we have reached 500 A/cm-width along
  1 km and 1000 A/cm-width for 20 m length.
